WHAT TO EXPECT This 1.5-day course offers an in-depth look at how operations managers and superintendents coordinate the many moving parts of a successful contracting business. Through interactive instruction and peer discussion, participants will explore best practices in project planning, team management, resource allocation, and quality control—all aimed at improving efficiency, profitability, and job site outcomes. Ideal for professionals responsible for managing crews, schedules, and job performance in the field.
