WHAT TO EXPECT

This 2-day course offers a focused and practical overview of how operations managers and superintendents successfully coordinate the many moving parts of a fence contracting business. Through interactive classroom sessions and peer discussion, participants will explore best practices in project planning, team leadership, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control—all aimed at increasing efficiency, profitability, and field performance.

This course is ideal for professionals responsible for managing crews, job sites, and daily operations.
