Registration: All attendees who will be on-site must be registered and badged. Exhibitors receive two complimentary booth registrants per 100 square feet of space, but individuals attending the show must still go through the registration process. Our registration company, American Tradeshow Services (ATS), will send out customized emails to the primary point of contact for exhibiting companies with a link to register starting October 15.
Housing: The AFA secures an official block of reduced rate rooms to make your trip to Salt Lake City more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitors receive access to the link to our hotels during the registration process. Please Note: The AFA does not hire third party housing companies to contact you. If you receive communication from anyone other than the AFA about housing, please know that they are not affiliated with us.

AFA requires all sponsors to be exhibitors at FENCETECH with the exception of one item. Anyone can participate in sponsoring a custom snowboard at our Opening Pickets & Peaks Party! Snowboards will be displayed all week outside of the ballroom where the event will be held. Show off your company pride by adding your logo or custom design to one of these boards!
