You will use the Map Your Show Exhibitor Dashboard to make payments, download invoices & receipts, update your internal booth contacts, make changes to your online company descriptions, etc.

American Tradeshow Services (ATS), our official registration company, sent an email to your primary point of contact for the show, with instructions on how to register your booth personnel. Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary registrations per 100 square feet of space rented. If you have not received this email or are experiencing issues with registration, please contact ATS directly at questions@american-tradeshow.com.
AFA has negotiated a discounted block of rooms at a variety of hotels in downtown Nashville. You will have access to the link during the registration process. If you have already registered and did not see this link, please contact us at FENCETECH@AmericanFenceAssociation.com.
PLEASE NOTE: We are hearing that some of our exhibitors have received calls from companies claiming to be in charge of handling hotel reservations for the show. FENCETECH does not use third-party housing companies and these calls are not authorized by the AFA or FENCETECH. ALL official registration & housing communication will come directly from AFA or our registration partner ATS. If the email did not come from either of these sources, then it will not be a legitimate source of information. If you receive solicitations for housing reservations, please send an email to FENCETECH@AmericanFenceAssociation.com.
The Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) is a comprehensive resource for exhibitors to prepare for FENCETECH 2025 and is provided by our new general services contractor; The Expo Group (TEG). Links for booth services, FENCETECH approval forms, shipping information, electrical, catering, etc. can be found within this resource.
TEG sent out the Exhibitor Services Manual to all exhibitors on Friday, November 1 and have been sending it out on a weekly basis to all new exhibitors. This email contains a cuomized link for each company, so please reach out to them directly if you have not received it. Insurance is Required for ALL Exhibitors
All exhibitors are required to have general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event (February 23-28, 2025), naming the American Fence Association (3751 Main St., Suite 600 #373, The Colony, TX 75056) as the certificate holder and American Fence Association and Salt Palace Concvention Center as additional insured.
