COMPOSITE FENCE & DECK ASSOCIATION

The Composite Fence & Deck Association, formed by leading composite manufacturers and suppliers, continues to grow and expand its sphere of influence.

It is a Division of the American Fence Association (AFA), in keeping with AFA’s expanded fence, deck and railing scope and is using the formative template created by AFA’s first Division, the Vinyl Fence, Deck and Railing Manufacturers Association (VFDRMA). CFDA has a voting seat on AFA’s Board of Directors and a greater voice in the fence, deck and railing industry. The on-going day-to-day administrative work for CFDA is handled by AFA. CFDA is free to pursue the strategic objectives its members determine meet the needs of the composite fence, deck and railing industry. CFDA dues fund activities to achieve these objectives.

CFDA is governed by a steering committee elected by members and has committees to address specific objectives. Current Steering Committee members and committees include:

Benefits to members will not only include the fruits of our labors, but also networking, industry promotion, greater acceptance for products, and increased professionalism.

CFDA members will have a voice in the advancement of the strategic objectives and can reap maximum benefit from the Division’s activities.

Membership in CFDA is available in four basic membership levels defined as follows:

Tier 1: Composite Fence, Deck and Railing Manufacturers
Tier 2: Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers of all types
Tier 3: Composite distributors/installers/users
Tier 4: Support Agencies and Groups

Now is a great time to join CFDA: All CFDA members must be AFA members and a member of at least one AFA local chapter.
